Every month, ConservatoryLand launches an online customer satisfaction survey which we email to our customers for whom we have manufactured and supplied DIY conservatories during a whole month.
The month we survey is 3 months prior to the survey date to allow more than enough time for our customers to have fitted their conservatories and have had enough time to enjoy using them so that they can give us accurate feedback.
In April 2009, we supplied 83 DIY conservatories and the survey for this month, which was only launched yesterday, is still open and collecting responses.
So far, 10 of our customers out of the 83 we have invited to complete the survey have responded and we are very proud to announce that we have so far achieved our goal of 100% customer satisfaction, please see the screen shot of the results below. (Click the screen shots to enlarge them).
