Here at ConservatoryLand, our aim is to always achieve 100% customer satisfaction for the DIY conservatories that we manufacture.
Each month, we send out an email to all our customers for whom we manufactured and delivered their DIY conservatories in a complete month. This email contains a link to our online customer satisfaction survey which consists of a few multiple choice questions. We use the industry leading SurveyMonkey.com software for this.
We conduct the survey for a the complete month, 3 months back, to allow plenty of time for our customers to have assembled their DIY conservatories and had chance to furnish them and enjoy them for a while. This ensures that the results we obtain are accurate.
Below are summary charts showing the results of our latest customer satisfaction survey for May 2009 deliveries, and we are delighted to see that we are achieving the 100% customer satisfaction for which we strive.
