The latest ConservatoryLand customer satisfaction survey for the 69 DIY conservatories which we manufactured and supplied in May 2009, is again holding out at 100% customer satisfaction.
Previous month’s surveys generated identical results and it’s great to see the trend continue as we achieve our main objective, total customer satisfaction.
So far, we have had 11 customers respond to our survey request and the following screen shot shows the results so far.
